4. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

7. REFUND POLICY

No Refunds. No Exceptions.

By purchasing, enrolling, or otherwise engaging in our products, services, programs, events, or digital content, you (the “Client” or “Customer”) expressly acknowledge, agree, and understand the following:

All Sales Are Final

Every payment made is non-refundable and non-cancellable, under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, perceived lack of results, change of financial situation, failure to access or use the product, or any other reason not explicitly caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

Digital Products & Course Access

Once access has been granted to digital content (courses, downloads, files, replays, templates, etc.), the transaction is complete and no refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be honored. This includes situations where you do not log in, fail to use the material, or delay accessing the product.

Services & Consulting

All retainers, service fees, deposits, and coaching/consulting payments are earned in full at the time of payment. Scheduling, allocating resources, and reserving our time are commitments that cannot be undone. Non-attendance, cancellation, or dissatisfaction does not release you from financial obligation.

Events, Workshops, & Programs

Tickets, registrations, and fees for live, virtual, or hybrid events are strictly non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket with prior written consent, but refunds will not be issued for any reason, including illness, travel disruption, personal emergencies, or scheduling conflicts.

Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes under any circumstances. Doing so constitutes a breach of contract and may result in immediate termination of access, additional fees, and legal collection proceedings. We will provide all evidence of your purchase and acceptance of this No Refund Policy to your payment provider in such cases.

Voluntary Purchase Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

You have read and understood this No Refund Policy in its entirety.

You had the opportunity to ask questions prior to purchase.

You are voluntarily and knowingly waiving any right to a refund, reversal, or cancellation.

Immediate termination for violations of these terms

Outstanding commissions paid upon termination (subject to dispute resolution)

Binding Arbitration:

Disputes not resolved informally will be settled through binding arbitration

Arbitration conducted under American Arbitration Association rules

Arbitration takes place in Missouri

Class action lawsuits are waived

Exceptions to Arbitration:

Small claims court disputes (under jurisdictional limits)

Intellectual property disputes

Injunctive relief matters

20. SEVERABILITY
